Akgaz
was founded
in Akçaabat, Trabzon under the commercial title of Akgaz Tic.
ve San. A.Ş. In the early years, company’s major activity was
concentrated on LPG systems in Eastern Black Sea Coast region.
By
1992,
the company started the second LPG filling station and a pressurized
container manufacturing facility (Akçatüp) in Merzifon,
Amasya. The activities in LPG sector went on in Mid Black Sea and
Central Anatolian regions of Turkey.
In
1995, industry size pressurized containers (transportation and
storage tanks) were added to the production line at the plant in
Merzifon.
In
1996, 3rd
LPG filling facility was established in Central Anatolian Refinery
region.
In
1998, auto-gas activities were widened.
By
2002,
the partnership structure of the companies constituting Akagaz AŞ.
was changed and Akçatank, Akçatüp, Kırıkkale LPG
filling station, Merzifon LPG filling station headed forward.
Merzifon
manufacturing plant started to produce fuel tanks in 2005.
Our
activities are going on in the Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean and
Mediterranean and Central Anatolian regions of Turkey.
